As we got to EPCOT we noticed Pluto, and who can skip a Pluto meet and greet, not us.
Well in line for Pluto we met a family, visiting from the UK and we chatted a bit, they were really nice. The daughter was absolutely precious and sassy, so A+ in my book.
After we met everyone's favorite puppy we hit up Starbucks....Yeah, I know. Classic.
Then we went to Club cool, and drank our favorite soda samples, obviously skipping Beverly (because it's just soooo good)
Stopped for an unexpected photo session in Canada:
Fun fact: That's Italy behind us!
We had stopped for a second photo session, where we met a second cute family who let us go ahead of them because he was going to be awhile. Our Photopass guy was named Mike, and he was from Oswego...we bonded over being 'townies' and it was a magical moment, he even knew my brother. Why does everyone know my brother ?
So we were obviously walking the world showcase, we had no interest in meeting Mary Poppins (today), but wanted Alice and she wasn't out at that current time. So we headed to see Aurora, who wasn't able to make it today due to a head cold. Thumbs down on that one. So then we headed for Belle. SUCCESSFUL!
We enjoyed every second of meeting this lovely lady, although her character attendant wasn't our cup of tea. Actually she was quite bitter, and rude. So, note to self: Don't ask character attendants harmless questions about where things are located in the park.
After Belle we headed to Germany to meet none other than the lovely Snow White. Which is funny because neither Ashley or I really like her at all. I do have to say though, meeting her did raise some major bonus points. She was perfect. Although, at times a tad bit hard to understand she was like whispering to us, so we could barely hear her. But all and all it was a good choice to stop and see her.
(Can we just talk about how 'excited' Ashley looks?)
(We aren't sure what she said to us,
But our faces are PRICELESS)
We did so ever enjoy becoming the 'fairest of them all', so after another successful photo shoot we decided to head towards Mulan to see if we could make it. Which is funny because we did, we were actually second in the line. This little girl came up near us and smiled at me...which was apparently code for 'I am going to cut you and I hope you don't mind' because that is exactly what her and her family did. The woman who had been in front of us turned and looked confused spotted me and raises her hands like asking 'what the heck?' which is what I was thinking. They didn't speak an ounce of English though, not surprising. But we did meet Mulan, who proceeded to ask "Are you girls 'warrior princesses' or 'princesses'.
Obviously warrior.
Everything about Mulan was P-E-R-F-E-C-T. She even added in that the Huns had been spotted near by the other night (Villains Unleashed) and asked if Ashley and I would help her defend China. The Answer is Yes.
So, keeping with the world show case theme, and being starved we stopped for lunch in China. It was wonderful food, and the mango smoothie I got was delicious.
We were then off to meet Duffy, to finish off our world show case adventure.
(I don't know what Duffy did to me, but
apparently it made me very
emotional.)
So, as I said above Duffy was supposed to be our last stop on the world show case...well instead we went all the way back to the UK to meet my Alice. Before we actually got to meet her the family that we had met in the Pluto line showed up and we talked for like 30 minutes about the UK and their vacation. Cute.
Let me just tell you, Ariel might be my favorite 'Disney Princess' but Alice is my favorite Disney Character. Of all time ever. So this photo literally meant so much to me, I almost cried. I was literally soooo excited to meet her. We discussed my tattoo and why ravens were like writing desks, and tea parties. I asked if we could take a 'selfie' and she said "Sure, but I think it would be a 'weies' cause its we, not yous." Before leaving she told me "I'd tell you to stay out of trouble, but we both know the curious can't do that. So stay curious."
She was to die for perfect. If I quit the program and went home tomorrow at least I could say it was well worth it.
We stopped in Mousegear next where I purchased My first pair of Minnie mouse ears!
I also bought that Disney Vera Bardley I have been DYING for.
After that we went and rode Living with the Land, so I could see Alligators...I have a problem. We then rode Soarin' which took forever to load because Mariah Carrie was on the freakin ride right before us.
We decided we were going to leave after that, which didn't happen either. Instead we went to the Character Spot to hang out with some special people.
So to end this on a funny note, the photo pass person took this photo of me:
What even is this photo?
Also I would like to take a moment to say Rest in Peace to my FAVORITE pair of Toms that I am sad to see go, they broke today while at EPCOT. It's a sad day.
So have a Magical Night everyone!
