Roommates.

I don't know about the rest of you, but...
 
I have never lived any where but home. Even through my first three years of college. I choose to live off campus, to help with my grades.
 
So, I don't know about you but I am really nervous about getting there and not liking the people they put me with. I doubt it will happen that way. But what if it does?
What if I try my hardest to like them and I don't?
 
So instead of being randomly placed, I want to find some people to get to know and room with them. It takes most of the stressors right out of this equation.
 
I just don't know how to go about finding roommates.
I've seen a lot of people posting "roommate surveys" to the Disney College Program Fall/Fall Advanced Facebook page.( Disney College Program FB Page )

Do you have any siblings?: That's a complicated question. I have one brother on my moms side, three siblings on my dads side. My mom's fiancé has 3 kids and my dads wife has 2 kids.
 
Do you have any pets?: I have 2 cats ( Oreo and Jangle-bell) and one dog (Lucky)

How many people do you want to live with? I think 4 people, including myself. But I don't think it would matter the amount of roommates
 
Which housing complex would you like to live in?: Patterson or Chatham

Would you rather go out or stay in? Go out. This is going to be such a huge adventure!
 
What do you like to do on your days off: Get together with friends, go out to get, the movies, on an adventure
 
Do you work out a lot?: I'm a classically trained dancer, and I used to do zumba. I really need to start working out more though!
 
Do you party? How often?: No, I don't.
 
Do you like to cook? .... Sure, I am a decent cook. I love to bake though.
 
Are you a night person or morning person?: The hours between 5am and 8am do not exist. I am not a morning person. Night.
 
Do you snore? No. I do not.
 
What does your bedroom normally look like: It's not "Messy" Everything has a place, that doesn't mean it always makes it there.
 
Do you like your room hot or cold?: Cold.

One bad quality: I am really blunt and speak my mind.
 
Are you outgoing or quiet? : I am usually pretty outgoing
 
Do you like hanging out with people or keeping to yourself: A little bit of both. I love to be around people, but I think there are times where you should want sometime to yourself and that's fine.
 
What do you want in a roommate: I want someone that is pretty outgoing, likes to hang out, and loves to have fun.
 
What are your biggest pet peeves:
1.) People using my things without asking, I would have said yes for the record.
2.) Messy people. A little mess is okay, but if I have to walk through piles of clothes and what not I will not be a happy camper.

How do you feel about sharing: I don't mind sharing at all, but it's not sharing if you take it without asking.
 
Do you like having people over a lot?: I love hanging out with people, but I think alone time is a mst too.
